• You must promptly report unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PolarDraft for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, harmful code transmission, or messaging that violates applicable anti-spam/privacy laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicit written policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
